Health Education — Years 4–8
In Years 4–8, health education focuses on deepening knowledge and developing pupils’ responsibility for their own health and lifestyle. Activities are adapted to the needs of young people and the challenges typical of adolescence.
Pupils can participate in a wide range of physical activities — sports, recreational and movement-based sessions, including dance and team games. Regular exercise supports physical fitness, helps reduce stress, and positively influences wellbeing and concentration.
Nutrition education remains an important component. Pupils learn to identify healthy products, understand the role of fruit and vegetables in a balanced diet, and develop habits of regular meals. The balanced menu in the school dining hall continues to reinforce healthy eating practices.
The school also ensures pupils’ safety and psychological comfort, providing a supportive environment for learning, activity and relaxation.
